The S.E.N.I.O.R.S. acronym highlights the vision for this ministry:
Spirituality; Education; Nutrition and health; Intergenerational
opportunities; Outreach and service; Recreation; and Social activities.
This group meets on the first and third Thursday of each month. Sessions are theme-based and include devotions, exercising for the body and the brain, a featured speaker, as well as other fun and educational activities. Registration begins at 9:45 a.m and includes free blood pressure checks by a registered nurse. A light lunch follows.
Director of S.E.N.I.O.R.S. is Pastoral Assistant Nancy Guthrie. All seniors living in this area who are at least 50 years old are encouraged to attend the GSLC Community S.E.N.I.O.R.S.

Did you notice the Prayer Request Box in the gathering space? This box is for notes about your prayer requests, surgeries, procedures or other concerns you would like Pastor Gore to be aware of. Note paper and pen are provided beside the box for your convenience.
Charts for Altar Flowers and Bulletins are on the bulletin board across from the church office. Envelopes are available near the charts for you to use. They may be placed in the church offering. Altar Flowers will cost $35.00 per week.
Donations for bulletins are $20.00 for each Sunday.
Memorial Candles may be sponsored by the month and are $5.00 per Sunday.
