Pastor Frank Gore
Pastor Gore was born in Warren Ohio, one of five children. He graduated from Howland High School and served in the United States Navy. He is a graduate of Kent State University with a BA in Science. He attended Trinity Lutheran Seminary where he received his Masters in Divinity.

Pastor Gore is married and shares four children with his wife, Wanda. Before moving to Conneaut he served as a part time Chaplain with Trinity Health Systems in Columbus Ohio. He also served as Pastoral Assistant at Epiphany Lutheran Church in Pickerington Ohio. He accepted the call to serve Good Shepherd in Conneaut in the spring of 2005.

In addition to his ministry at Good Shepherd, Pastor Frank is active in the Conneaut community. He is part of the local Revitalization Committee, the Gateway Building Project and the Conneaut Area Ministerial Association, and is the chairman of the Salvation Army in Conneaut.

Shirley Brookhouser, Administrative Assistant
Shirley Brookhouser has served as the church secretary for Good Shepherd since November 1997. In addition to her administrative work and coordination of office staff, she continues to volunteer in many areas of ministry within the congregation. Shirley will cheerfully assist you during church office hours on Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am until 2:00 pm. Call 440-599-9090 or email her at goodshepherd@suite224.net.

Clarissa Murtha, Secretary
Chris Murtha serves as the Secretarial Assistant at Good Shepherd. A long time member of Good Shepherd and the Good Shepherd choir, she has also served as the financial secretary since 1998. Chris is married with four grown children and is also the fiscal officer for Monroe Township. Chris is in the church office on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9:00 am until 4:00 pm and can be reached by calling (440) 599-8908 or at goodshepherd@suite224.net.

Nancy Guthrie, Pastoral Assistant
Nancy Guthrie serves as Pastoral Assistant for GSLC. A long time member and volunteer in many ministries at Good Shepherd, Nancy also served as Chancel Choir and Bell Choir director for many years. She retired after thirty years of teaching elementary music in the local public schools in 2005. Nancy is enjoying her new career as full time volunteer for various service organizations. She has been Pastoral Assistant since the creation of the position in January of 2009. She also serves as director of the GSLC Community S.E.N.I.O.R.S.

Shawn and Stacie Brink, Youth Coordinators

Amy Gallagher is the director of Vacation Bible School. Amy has a masters degree in special education and teaches students with special needs in the Conneaut Area City Schools. She has been a member of Good Shepherd for 14 years and has been a volunteer for Vacation Bible School for 12 years. She is married to Luke and has 2 daughters, Jennifer and Leah.

Musical Directors

Nancy Guthrie, Chancel Choir, Chancel Bells and Genesis Bells Director
After a six year break, Nancy Guthrie again directs the Chancel Choir and handbell groups.  She is assisted by Taylor Peel.  Retiring from the Conneaut Schools after a 30 year career as an elementary music teacher, Nancy now serves as Pastoral Assistant for GSLC.  She also leads the GSLC Community S.E.N.I.O.R.S. program housed at the church.

Bobbi Boles, Music Coordinator 11:00 a.m.
Bobbie Boles, Music Coordinator for the 11:00 am service, has served the Good Shepherd congregation as organist since 1995. A church organist for over 50 years, she is also a high school secretary and works extensively with band and chorus students for contests and performances.

Jim Fuller, Music Coordinator 8:30 a.m.
Jim Fuller is Music Coordinator for the 8:30 am Worship service. He has been a church musician since 1998. Jim also teaches privately at the Conneaut Community Center for the Arts and the Ashtabula Arts Center, coaches high school brass players, and plays professionally with local Christian and jazz bands.

Stephanie Gildone, Cherub Choir Director
Stephanie Gildone is the Cherub Choir Director.  She works with children not only here at GSLC, but also at her full time job as director the Children's Department at the Conneaut Public Library.
